The quote form
The quote form runs entirely in your browser. What you type is used to compose a WhatsApp message and is shown to you before anything happens. This website does not send your details to a database, an email service or any third-party form provider, and does not save your name, phone number, postcode or notes on your device.
When you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled. You still have to press Send. From that moment, the conversation is handled inside WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
No measurement, analytics or advertising tags load unless you explicitly allow them. Consent is requested with four separate signals — ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation and analytics — and declining is a single click, exactly like accepting. Advertising personalisation and analytics are never granted automatically.
In this environment measurement is switched off entirely, so no tag loads and no event is recorded, whatever you choose in the cookie panel.
If an event is ever recorded, it contains only non-personal metadata: the contact method, where on the site the click happened and which service page it related to. Your name, phone number, email, postcode and the content of your message are never sent to analytics or advertising tools, and a click is not treated as a completed enquiry or a sale.
Information still to be confirmed before launch
- Registered company name, company number and registered address.
- A contact address or email for privacy requests, and who is responsible for them.
- Lawful basis and retention periods for enquiries received through WhatsApp.
- Confirmation of the processors used once tracking is switched on in production.
