How we work
We ask for your postcode first, so we can confirm whether we are able to attend before discussing anything else. From there we ask a few practical questions about the property or the items, and prepare a quote based on what is actually there rather than on an average.
The scope is written down before the visit. If something is not included, we say so. If a result cannot be promised — a stain, a paint mark, a drying time — we tell you before you commit, not afterwards.
We hold insurance covering accidental damage. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or cash. You can see examples of our work on Instagram.
What we do not claim
- We do not promise deposit returns or check-out approval — that decision belongs to your landlord or agent.
- We do not guarantee removal of every stain, mark or odour.
- We do not offer waste removal, work at height or facade cleaning.
- We do not publish reviews, ratings or client numbers we cannot evidence.
